RAHWAY CELEBRATES BLACK HISTORY MONTH

RAHWAY – From left, Tyrone Laws, Mayor James J. Kennedy, Darrell Lawrence, Sr., Councilman James Baker and Ramon James attended the Edge Gallery on Irving Street for the play The Meeting.　 The play was part of the City of Rahway’s Opening Reception of the Black History Month on Thursday, February 4. Approximately 130 people attended the reception and the play. The Meeting is an award-winning play of an alleged meeting between Dr Martin Luther King and Malcolm X written by Jeff Stetson.
