United Water is going to partner with Home Service USA to provide upgraded LeakGuard services to customers in Rahway. 

Existing LeakGuard customers will continue to be billed by United Water for LeakGuard coverage, so there will be no change in the payment method and how receivables are managed for these customers moving forward.

Customer will receive all the current benefits of LeakGuard, including no cap on repair costs, repaving of asphalt and concrete surfaces, and reseeding of lawn areas.

Home Service will upgrade the service by offering 24/7 coverage and a 3-hour response time for emergencies.

Existing customers will also be able to sign up for added service coverage, including sewer line protection and interior plumbing repair.

United Water and Home Service will work together to market water line protection, sewer line coverage and interior plumbing repair coverage to those customers who do not currently have LeakGuard coverage; Home Service will bill these customers directly.
